I'm using the media creation tool to attempt to upgrade. During the upgrade, I get a 0x8007001F - 0x20006 error, which as far as I can tell, translates to "there's something weird in your machine". I've attached the setupact and setuperr logs from C:\$WINDOWS.~BT\Sources\Panther. Drivers are...
