[SOLVED] Corrupted Regsvr32.exe

I was having issues installing software and realized my Regsvr32.exe is evidently corrupted. I ran a scan and this error was displayed. Does anyone knopw how to fix this issue? 2013-12-23 20:26:46, Info CSI 000002cc [SR] Cannot repair member file [l:24{12}]"regsvr32.exe"...
