You did not say what to do next - so I assume you want it attached here. But at 16.5 mb the Zip file is too large.

Hi I have had this issue for months and looked at most forums for a solution. The I saw you had helped many people on here. I am on a Windows 7 64 bit PC. The error code is 9C59
