After weeks I finally found the problem, It is the MEI Chipset driver, I resinstalled windows 10 again and found out the os itself installs the PCI simple communications controller. (perhaps the driver windows 10 installs is incompatible). So i roll backed to windows 8 again the DPC problem went...

but they aren't in my Programs and Features EDIT: I uninstalled the Intel Management Engine Interface after the trace (maybe that's those thing running)

UPDATE: Sometimes (after booting into windows), I get a very high and lots of popping noises. I restarted the computer and it reduced. This time seems like the network card works perfectly, but HDAUDBUS.sys .

After disabling ALL of them the popping sound is reduced, but still can hear random pops

I swapped the cable and changed their ports, the problem is still present. Maybe I should reformat my system and get a clean install of those drivers. (When I upgraded to Win10 it installs my Intel LAN driver and the Realtek HD Audio Controller automatically that maybe screwing up the drivers) I...

Yes, for the big 1TB drive 3.5 inch i use a right angled sata cable.For 2.5 inch laptop hdd and a 2.5 inch ssd I use all straight sata cable.

the usb 3.1 port (red) is not used, 2 usb 2.0 is used for keyboard and printer, while only 1 usb 3.0 is used for my mouse. Installed the latest driver and still get the same result.

still the same. I dont think disabling the speedstep help and I think it eats more power.
