Problem installing any Internet explorer

Hello, I have a problem with installing any version IE. I tried update IE from version 9 to version 11, windows update sad me it was installed ok, but it was no change, still IE9. After some googling I tried remove IE9 and install IE11. Same situation WU sad everything installed OK, but there...
