Thanks Tom :) Just ran the Windows Update and it worked! Can't remember the last time I saw this screen haha. You are a miracle worker, thanks so much for your help really appreciated it. :dance:

Hey guys, I'm new to the site so please bear with me :). Been getting this error message for months now and have not had any luck fixing it with any Microsoft provided programs (FixIt etc), so here I am. Not quite sure what information I need to be posting since I'm not a wizard when it comes...
