[Win7SP1 x64] Ran SFCFix and experienced a few errors

Hi, I ran SFCFix so that I could eliminate some of the issues I was having after cleaning up after a malware attack. Unfortunately it wasnt able to fix all my issues with corrupt files however after running CCleaner and Malwarebytes it seems I no longer have whatever was infecting my machine...

SFC cant fix certain errors...

OK so I ran the HDD software. there was nothing in pink or red at all. Heres some pictures.. I run a mSATA with SATA (accelerated with IRST) M4 mSATA log WD Log

Also when I try to use SFCFix it says it has crashed and wont do anything!

SFC cant fix certain errors...
