Hello, I understand you want to give up, but as I said before, that point, because of an overcrowded schedule, was the one I wanted to avoid. But if there is no other way ! I will try before, to find a way to reinstall the dotnet framework. Maybe via DISM, but I don't know the syntax. Anyway...

At the startup bcssync.exe reports mscoree is missing. keepass fails with an error, even after a reinstallation. My accounting software, also. All the softwares end with an application error 0xc0000135, which seems to be linked to the dotnet framework. And visualstudio tells me the framework is...

Hello If you mean upgrading to 1909 with the iso, yes. But reinstalling the complete system including the applications (it's a personnal computer but there are a lot of professional ones, including the accounting software of my wife's society) would be a mess for me. I can't afford it now, too...
