Hi SleepyDude, I removed the antiviruses and did the WMI repair, however the list still came up empty. I tried running the command from your batch file (wmic qfe list brief) using the command prompt and the result was "No instance(s) available" I'm not sure if it'll help, but I ran procmon...

Hi Sleepydude, Sorry for the late reply, been busy at work. The repair is stuck at "Remove Policies Set by Infections" for several hours. Will try to do it in Safe Mode on Monday. Thank you.
