[SOLVED] Neo Forza M2 disk suddenly showing as not initialized.

Via rescue media Win10, the m2 disk was browsable using CMD on the original PC. I've managed to backup the user data.

Afternoon, Just want to know if data recovery by tradicional methods is possible on a M2 disk that suddenly shows as NOT INITIALIZED. Context: Client did Windows updates, selected UPDATE AND SHUTDOWN.. Machine never booted again after that.. I've removed the disk, tried to connect it...

Should I just do this procedure every time I clone a machine? We use Macrium and the machines rarely boot after the cloning process..

I followed the steps on the link you've provided, it showed the bootrec /fixboot command has been completed successfully. Upon trying to update again, same symptom occurs (Update starts to install, pc reboots, goes to 30%, reboots again and upon reaching 97% messagem switches from updating to...

Original machine was a Fujitsu.. The dell recovery partition is a remnant from the cloning process.. I'll try this method and let you know..

Honestly I don't know.. We cloned the machine, after that we rebuilt the boot partition to allow the OS to boot.. Not sure if it was MBR prior to that..
