[Win10v1607Build14393 x64 (Updates Deferred)] SFCfix has crashed

I do the typical SFC /SCANNOW, I encountered the fact that some files were not repaired. After learning about SFCfix, I decided to try it. Sadly, whenever I try to run it, it crashes. Windows Update is working.I have attached SFCFix doc as well as the cbs log.Pls help! Thank you so much!
