I ran that command but the hotfix.txt it produced was completely empty I'm afraid.

After checking for updates, Windows Update now says "No updates are available". However, the .NET 4.8 installer says KB2919355 still needs to be installed. (This is what alerted me to the problem in the first place). The offline installer for KB2919355 still says "This update is not applicable...

[SOLVED] Windows Server 2012 R2 won't update to KB2919355

Windows Update says the only available update is KB2919355 but the update size is stated to be a mere 37KB. Attempting to install the update sometimes results in failure with error code 80246013, or more commonly claims to have succeeded, but then just lists the exact same update again after...
