[SOLVED] Unable to install drivers for new GPU, keep getting "The configuration registry database is corrupted" error.

Hey, so I recently just got a brand new Nvidia GPU, I replaced it with the old one easily whilst installing it into the PC, but when it came to me installing the drivers for the GPU it just refuses to do so, no matter what I do it just won't allow me to install the drivers, current ones or older...
