Thank you for the great support, I can guess its above 50 percent Hardware issues as my attempts to install a copy of WIndows 7 64bit also had the same problems.

Alienware comes with a Hardware low level stress testing program which we can load with F5 at reboot. all test passed without any error....if that is what you mean. If there are tools I can down load to test in SAFE MODE or in normal mode please advise, will test it and provide you data if any...
