Yes, it's weird. When I run Media Creation Tool it has two options: 1. Upgrade this PC now 2. Create installation media When I choose Create installation media and make an .iso and run that actual setup.exe from the .iso I do not see the option to upgrade, however.

Okay. I already have the .iso downloaded. When I ran setup though earlier before making this thread, I don't think there was an option to upgrade? Only an option for fresh install?

Sorry, how do you download the components? When I click on it it says "The file cannot be previewed. Please check to see if your file extension is correct."

So this all started when I tried to get the Game Pass app on PC which requires you to have the latest version of Windows 10 (1903) in order to install. Whenever I try to upgrade with Windows Upgrade Assistant, once the installation ends and I reset my PC, it gets to about 9% on that blue screen...
