How to fix OneDrive.lnk error?

I already ran SFC earlier today. Here's the result, which showed errors it couldn't fix, with OneDrive.lnk and with SecConfig.efi.

How to fix OneDrive.lnk error?

OneDrive never finishes syncing - always has "2 files remaining". I deleted temp files and ran SFC scan. It says: o CSI 000055b2 [SR] Verify complete 2018-09-14 12:39:19, Info CSI 000055b3 [SR] Repairing 2 components 2018-09-14 12:39:19, Info...
