[SOLVED] 18 Corruptions could not be fixed by SFC /scannow - please assist

Ran SFC /scannow on Win7 Pro SP1 PC. Requesting assistance with fixing 18 corruption errors identified. PC has been used by a few people previously. I appreciate any help available.
