Windows Always Crashes After Updates! Please help - Windows 8 x64

[SOLVED] SFCFix Corrupted Files Help!

So after installing some updates from windows update when i restated it came up with the wpprecorder.sys error. I checked online for a fix and found the SFCFix Tool and these are my results. Any help will me much appreciated!
