Ran FixIt stuff as per here but no luck. The manual instructions did talk about an 'aggressive' mode to the FixIt tool but no such option was available when I ran it. So back in the hands of my SysNative guardians :-) A bit frustrating to have 0 SURT errors and yet still have a broken Windows...
