SFC found some corupted files - SFCFix has crashed - Win10 1809

No. Can't even run Device Manager, cause there's a pop-up window saying that i'm not an administrator of this computer (but this is only profile on laptop and it's set on administrator profile).

SFC found some corupted files - SFCFix has crashed - Win10 1809

First, I have problems connecting with ethernet cable - cann't change authentifiction settings. Then I can't get in Device Manager to manualy update drivers for network card. I start "sfc /scannow" in cmd.exe which has found some corruptions (link to log file: CBS.log). Download and start SFCFix...
