[SOLVED] Failing all Windows update and SFC cannot start

Sorry about the late response, been ill and sleeping a lot. The SFCfix fixed the corrupt files, Ran SFC a few times to try clear other issues and went to the 1809 upgrade. Worked first time. Top work as always.

[SOLVED] Failing all Windows update and SFC cannot start

Hi, fixing a computer that's been stuck on 1607 for a long long time. Dism restorehealth completes successfully but sfc still unable to start. I've seen identical issue to someone else on this forum. so I'll attach the sfcfix result as well as a clean CBS log. Any help would be greatly...
