Disk Cleanup Tool closes unexpectedly

Re: programs in windows 7 freeze randomly It could be a driver issue. You may want to update your drivers. Also, you could have a USB device going bad, like a keyboard or mouse. I've seen more than my fair share of interrupt storms due to errant USB devices.
