it did the same thing where it installed tried to reboot, then in the pre-startup configuration, it failed and reverted to pre-update configurations.

ok.. so I installed one and it was successful for some reason. then I tried to install the other (). It said it successfully installed in the windows update window, but it required a restart. I clicked restart and it said it was configuring. it got to 15% then restarted then it went back to...
