0x36B3I copied it on to the desktop into a new folder and tried to run it but got an error message again of 0x36B3

I have tried doing this but again - no luck - it comes up with an error message 'The file "autorun.dll" could not be loaded or is corrupt. Setup cannot continue. Error code is [0x7E]' Any ideas? Thanks Michael

Re: [Win10 x64] 0x80073712 PS - I've just tried the updater and it tried to install Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB4015217) - but then showed an error message of (0x80073712)

Re: [Win10 x64] 0x80073712 Hi Brian I've just tried to run it, but at the end of the installation, it said that set up could not continue as the file 'autorun.dll' could not be loaded or was corrupt. Error code was [0x36B3]. Any ideas? Kind regards Michael
