Frequent audio crashes

so i played around with the game a little (been quite busy) and it does occasionally affect the audio. however, that is not the main issue anymore. i now cannot even start paladins. i've tried reinstalling it 3 times now and i always get the same error where i cant start the hi-rez studios...

Will do. They're rolling out a patch right now. The 64-bit client will be tested in this patch so I'll give that a shot and see if it helps

Ok see attached. I ran the file once the sound problem occurs and my other game no longer works. I will restart now to fix these problems.

It's Paladins. I play through steam. Ive installed another game now and ive downloaded it through the microsoft store. it doesnt seem to cause any problems after i quit or anything. However, i have noticed that if i quit paladins once/twice the audio problem appears (nothing new) but i won't be...

No warnings and I've checked if they have any updates (windows has determined that the latest drivers are installed) I always use headphones so those aren't the problem

Frequent audio crashes

Hi need a little help if possible! (I'm hoping this is the right forum to post it on but I can move it if it isn't) My laptop is running windows 8.1 pro. My audio is fine when I'm playing games but once I quit the game and the screen blacks out for a second (to refresh everything I'm assuming)...

[SOLVED] Laptop taking a long time to restart and shut down

got the boot time: this was again after my audio cut out and i had to restart to get it back. there was a red "x" on the speaker icon and when i clicked on it the troubleshooter came on and said it could not restart the audio

probably not because its not like it takes a long time all the time. its just after i play a game and it crashes and everything starts going a bit crazy that itll take longer
