DPC latency after Nvidia drivers install.

Hello! I believe I am having some DPC latency issues straight after my GPU drivers install. I have done several fresh windows 10 installs and each time it automatically installs my GPU drivers (i have also used DDU and manually installed the latest and also tried downgrading) i start getting...
