cbs.log can't be fixed (and explorer keeps crashing)

cbs.log can't be fixed (and explorer keeps crashing)

Hello everyone, I am Melanie!! Explorer keeps crashing :banghead:, and when I ran sfc /scannow, it said cbs.log could not be repaired. I have zipped that up and uploaded it. Please help!
