NO BSOD restarts - Windows 8.1

I will probably take the ram the store tomorrow but I noticed something odd about the resets; they mostly occurs when I turn off the monitor, lock windows and leave for work. Nearly all of them happens during that time period so I wonder if this can be some sleep and/or power related issue.

Memtest gave me a problem, one bit changed. So, what's the procedure here, do I have faulty ram or it might be some power issue? Keep in mind that the problem mostly arises when I leave the house.

NO BSOD restarts - Windows 8.1

Thermaltake V3 Black with 600W power, Gigabyte GA-970A-D3, AMD FX8320, Zeppelin 8GB DDR3 1333Mhz w/ cooler, Sapphire R9 270X 2GB GDDR5, Kingston SSD 120GB, Seagate 1TB. This is about it, also MS keyboard, mice, logitech speakers and a 18" Samsung monitor.

All done. Memtest ran for 12 hours no errors.

I suspected overheating too but seeing the same restart 5 mins after a cold startup in the morning I dismissed it. I'll check the values and post here. It seems that Real Temp is incompatible with my CPU.

Ok, I removed the Solved tag since the problem resurfaced. After unchecking the automatic restart box on this pic, I can see the computer freeze and not suddenly restart. Yet I can't find a related event on the log. I enabled Hibernate before posting the previous and now disabled it assuming it...

There is something with the electricity lately, I think they are doing a maintenance around here and the voltage fluctuates, can see the light flicker sometimes. But I assume this is nothing more than just a power outage and hope that it hasn't damaged anything. So no BSODs for a while, either...

I got no BSODs, but having some random restarts with nothing recorded on Event Log except "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first.", but two of them occurred while I was away.

[SOLVED] Windows 8 BSODs Multiple errors

Here is the results from "verifier /query >" I've pasted it to pastebin to not clutter the thread. If needed I can copy paste it here. Verifier - Pastebin.com I must say that all these drivers are installed with the system by Windows 8 itself, not by me. I only reinstalled ATK0110 from Asus.
