[SOLVED] SFCFix Output - Corruption need Help

Hello, I've recently tried to get the Windows Reliability Monitoring to work, as it is not working for me (its blank: Gyazo - 0ce57bb2fc74338bbde444767d446bde.png) As sfc /scannow wasnt working in cmd, I tried SFCFix.exe, and it left me with 4 Corruptions. Thank you in advance, Maurice LOG...
