WIN 8.1 corupted file

Hi, suddenly I found out, that is not possible to open programs from metro tiles. After click the screen only blink and desktop apeared. I tried to fix it by SFC Fix. There where 2 corupted files identifyied, but fixed was only one file, another one wasn´t possible. Do you know to help me...
