[Update] I was able to fix the initial issue (slow Windows startup) by disabling the "fast startup" feature in the power settings (which is ironic 🤪). Apparently there was a problem with the hibernation file (hiberfil.sys). Just a possible solution for those who are experiencing the same...

Hello Peter! The major problem was solved. I tried running Dism again to try to fix some issues, but I got the error 0x800f0906. Opening the log, I realized that the tool has been running every day, even though I haven't activated it. This is normal? Should I be concerned? Here's the log:
