[SOLVED] BSOD - DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE

I've been consistently getting BSODs for the past month after my computer sleeps/hibernates. My computer itself will stall constantly, i.e. every 20 seconds or so, and when I try to shut it down, it takes extremely long (30+ minutes) and then it'll BSOD. The error code is DRIVER POWER STATE...
