Can't install updates.

So I bought a new HDD, and did a clean install to get windows 10 working, how do I transfer my old files form the failing HDD? I can see the old HDD in my computer, but how do I get my windows7 files and programs on to windows 10?

While trying to correctly apply all the possibly needed Windows Updates, I ended up not being able to install both KB4525235 and Windows 10. Both fail with Code Getting Error 8007001f-20006. I'm not sure where to start, but I need to install updates to install windows 10 using the Media...
