Operation completed successfully, I was not asked to restart but I did anyway. IE runs, sort of. A window comes up, loads MSN but the settings button doesn't work so I can't check the version. Can't create any tabs, etc. IE 8 is listed in programs and features (which works now btw; yeah!). IE...

Hi, IE11 install from windows update fails with error 9C48. I know the error means that wu thinks IE11 is installed, but it isn't (or isn't installed correctly). I have gone to installed updates to uninstall ie11 but it isn't listed. IE10 was listed however. I uninstalled that. and IE9 right...
