Code 800F0900 Update for Windows 7 for x-64 based Systems

Windows update keeps returning error 800F0900 when I try to install Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2913431). I have tried using the Windows Update Troubleshooter, but it was not able to fix the problem. Can somebody help me please?
