Hello Aura =) it is pre build and i didn't have any installation media, the windows 8 is preinstalled in the laptop, actually I resetted my laptop once and i want to reset it again.

my sfcfix.exe tells that there has been no problem, but i cant reset or refresh my laptop. please help me.

this is my CBS log i copied the entire cbs and transfer it to another notepad. i cant copy the entire folder, it says access is denied, i don't know what is happening in my laptop anymore.

I cannot refresh or reset PC, it says "some files are missing. Your Windows installation or recovery media will provide these files" I search through the net on how to refresh or reset pc then i found sfc /scannow on some blog. but i do not know what to do next after i found the error on CBS...
