NEW ADDITION While not solved, I can trigger the problem easily now! I use TMPGEnc Authoring to author blurays. Whenever I author I get the BSOD with the same error on pci.sys. I believe it's related to the AMD video card and/or its drivers. Does this help fix the overlying issue?

Which, the motherboard? I already sent it back once, this is the replacement. I'm guessing this is the reason they don't want Windows 7 installed on Ryzen parts.

Just for grins, I ran "sfc /scannow" which said it found corruption which it fixed. Check the CBS.log attached, hope it helps!

I'm far less concerned right now with getting the onboard WIFI working. I tried to auto-update in device manager and it claims it's recent. I have the PCIE Wifi that's better/faster/more reliable, so I could leave onboard disabled. I'm more concerned why this BSOD occurs with...

Went to burn a bluray disc (heave forbid I try something like that!) and got another BSOD. I'm going to permanently disable the onboard WIFI to rule it out in the future. I attached the zip file from the Sysnative app, the dmp itself, and the txt explanation from BlueScreenView.

So the BSOD doesn't occur in the 20.0.2 driver version? That's weird. I installed it, but the driver version for the AC 3168 still claims it's 19.10.9.2

Right, so I installed those and restarted, which reactivated my previously disabled built in WIFI. This caused the same BSOD with ntoskrnl.exe and pci.sys! I think I'm just going to leave the MOBO WIFI disabled, I have a feeling it's causing the problems.
