IIS - you mean Internet Information Services - from what I can see it has not been enabled at all.

Still cannot successfully install the update. First step has gone through but after reboot, during logon all changes have been revoked/withdrawn. Tried second time - still failure :(

Hello, as stated in the title I have been facing update error since ~January 2020. Finally I decided to turn WU off for good. Still this is not a solution so I would like to fix "internals" and get all updates finally done. Sam has happened on my laptop, but first thing first. Can you help...
