77 important update completed - No issues. rebooted, ran sfc /scannow again no issues. Unreal! Is there anything else I need to do? Thank you so much for your help. KT

C:\WINDOWS\system32>sfc /scannow Beginning system scan. This process will take some time. Beginning verification phase of system scan. Verification 100% complete. Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations. CBS log attached. Is it really fixed? KT

I tried a few things ckdsk /f then ran sfc /scannow and then DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth then sfcfix . Attached are the logs for all 3. I don't know what to try next. KT
