Well not sure what caused the problem. However one of the USB devices is now damaged. After deleting all of the USB com port drivers PC boots. Reinstalling the devices and one is damaged. Not sure why. Installed a spare and it works. Maybe spike in docking station port? Don't know but the...

I have a Dell E6400 Win 7 Ultimate SP1 all updates, Intel Duo P8600 8GB RAM. Rebuilt in December because of HD crash. Has been working wonderful since. I will try to keep this short. I use this PC for ham radio with multiple USB COM Ports adapters. It was set up before with these for years...

You don't have to look anymore! Rebooting did the trick. No where did I see in the steps I recall having to do that. But the November Quality Rollup installed successfully. Thank you so much for all your hard work. Definitely going to donate. You don't know how long I have been trying to...
