[SOLVED] Element not found & Driver Operation Queue Error & 0x80070490

Let me answer it for myself and other people that may encounter this: Issue has been resolved by deleting registry key: Computer\HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing\DriverOperations\1 Remember to take full ownership and permission to this key before deleting.
