When I tried doing this my self I think 18204 came from kb3134814 I checked "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing\ComponentDetect"

[SOLVED] Explorer.exe doesnt load. Corrupted windows

Hello, When the computer boots there it just stays at a black screen yet you can see the mouse. ALT+CTRL+DEL works. I have managed to run things and navigate the computer by pressing SHIFT 5 times and then clicking on the link to navigate explorer. I tried turning on explorer in task manager...
