Thanks BlueRobot for your consistent attendance. I just talked to a local IT guy and he mentioned that it could be a faulty port / bent pin ... which then results sometimes in that array of ports to short out...?? I will do the Intel driver Assistent PS: just did … no updates available …...

Hello BlueRobot, I went into BIOS but at first glance cannot see anything there that mentions USB Settings. I'm hesitant to play around there. I'm not a techy. Can you provide instructions? I don't have a manual for Gigabyte. Thanks PS: I managed - got into BIOS > Integrated...something > there...

Not "since re-installing your USB controllers" … it fixed itself before that. All is working fine now - including keyboard functions in save mode, bios, etc … before windows starts … as in arrow up and down etc Also the Wacom tablet is working again, but in another USB port bank/array (red) …...

PS: the triangle is gone after re-booting at this point it's hard to see any changes since everything is working now. It seems that the lower bank of 4 USB ports sometimes works - sometimes not. I need to have it checked - unless you recommend something I can do Thanks

Thank's BlueRobot, for your reply The keyboard is Azio L70. I don't have any problems with it escept the ones it this threat. - accessing one of the pre-windows keybard commands, as e.g." F12" or "Delete" (Bios) - not working. The other keyboard I tried (Microsoft) … made no difference / same...

sorry about the multiple posts but I have to update: - as described above switching keyboards did not do anything - also as above, switching ports didn't do anything But here is the weird stuff: - After switching ports all of a sudden neither of the keyboards did recognized anymore - no beep...

PS: first - all of a sudden keyboard went totally dead I could only sign in again with on screen keyboard unplug and re-plug = no beep sound then I plugged the keyboard back to the old port and the beep came..and it worked now I can access F12 boot menue or Delete=Bios ...but … now I getthe...

OK-I'm back on my machine - I connected to another USB port (no color) ...no change - I tries another keyboard … no change with both I cannot access Bios, not with F1, F12 or Delete ...nothing works and of course startup setting neither so no reaction of the keyboard(s) when not in normal mode...
