Thanks for responding @xrobwx71 The version of my windows is : VERSION 20H2(OS Build 19042.928) i rebooted the router but the problem still persists. plz suggest on how should i check for firmware updates for my router

Sorry for the inconvcience. It was my first post (and I got a little anxious) No. My modem is of realtek detailed information is in the photo attached. My pc is running on windows 7 ultimate. My router is of EXITEL I have 1router 1 portable WiFi and 1hotspot
