it restored and put everything to factory but it also sayed not all file could be restored but cant remember them just the one i gave you i keep trying to attach cbs zip but its just keeps trying to upload with no joy

hi my windows update says error coad 8024402f and my internet is runing slow and keeps crashing. i have tryed micro fix it but still not working also tryed your update tool it downloaded a kb file but still not working ive also factory restore pc too did not work ps wont let me attach cbs zip...
