ive repaired several of the registration keys but theres still a few errors... i dont mind resetting this whole computer to factory setting the only thing im worried about is my windows professional programs but theres a dell product key sticker on the outside will that do me any good in...

tried both sticks, test indicates orignal error " Replace Memory - this system no longer carries hardware warranty...."
