Ok so it turned out that in services.msc Windows Update was set to disabled so I set it back to automatic which is working again and ran the scan again and now it was able to succesfully complete at 100%. Thanks for you help can this topic be closed or do you need to give me additional help...

I tried running dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth again but it stopped at 89.1% with error code 1058.

Hi, When I try to run DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth it stops at 4,5% with an error message: "Error: 1009. The configuration registry database is corrupt" I am also having problems with installing windows updates they refuse to install. Attached below is my cbs.log Any help...
