I realize now that you will possibly need the CBS folder copy, I've linked it below. Untitled folder - Google Drive I've done SFC Scan, DISM Scan, and ran SFCFix in the past, but I'm willing to do it again.

I have had a history of Windows updates being corrupted for the past few years, and am trying again to figure out how I can fix the issue so that I can upgrade to Windows 10 without having to reinstall windows entirely. I've heard of something called a "Repair Install" but not sure if I would...
