Never mind. We have apparently repaired enough files for KB3134760 to install. This allowed me to install Windows Management Framework 5.0. Thanks for you help.

[SOLVED] [Win7SP1 x64] Unable to install KB3134760

The controls to add exceptions are locked out and controlled by network admins. To report a false positive to Symantec, I need to upload the file. Symaneic deletes the file so I can't do this.

Symantic is flagging it as dangerous and deleting it. My company's policy prevents me from disabling it. Is there manual workaround?
