[SOLVED] Windows 10 Pro- Unable to update to 1803

I have been unable to install any major Windows updates for many months. The last update to 1709 I was only able to get installed with a clean install. Most of the time I would get a 0x80004005 error. Currently I am unable to get 1803 updated. Other minor driver updates, security updates, etc...
